The Dalai Lama will speak in A Conversation on Compassionate Leadership in an online Q & A session from his home residence in India.  The event is organized by the Strong Cities Network (SCN), led by the Institute for Strategic Dialogue, in partnership with the United States Conference of Mayors (USCM) and will be streamed via Facebook Live stream in 2D format.
